He graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology with a bachelor degree in civil engineering and a master degree in water resource engineering. He is the founder of Granif Konsultan. Granif Konsultan is an engineering consultancy company that specializes in hydropower plant feasibility and design, which is now the subsidiary of Arkora Hydro (an independent power producer company).

Graha has an extensive experience in hydropower engineering. He was involved in the design of several PLN owned hydropower project such as, Genyem hydropower plant, Merasap hydropower plant and TES (extension) hydropower plant which are still operational until now. During his career, he has seen at least eight of his hydropower designs been constructed and currently working well for either PLN and private companies.

Prior to Granif Konsultan, he was a project manager with LAPI ITB for various kinds of water resource engineering projects. With various roles in hydropower projects, he has gained a lot of experience in engineering, design and construction especially in hydropower plant projects.
